JUST REDUCED MY LISTING IN P.G.C.C. TO $1,295,000 AND SOLD IT MYSELF! THIS NEW HOME WAS REDUCED $400,000 BELOW MY SELLERS COSTS.

Hi, today I held an Brokers open house in Parkland Golf & Country Club at 2 of my listings and had a fairly good turn out considering the rain. Everyone seemed to like the location, being on the golf course.
